Learn Era holds various kinds of personal information about you, which are described in more detail below. Please contact Learn Era at https://www.learnera.co.uk/ if you wish to exercise any of these rights. You will be required to provide Learn Era with proof of your identity.
Your personal information can be accessed by requesting a copy from Learn Era.
Whenever your personal information is inaccurate or incomplete, you can ask Learn Era to correct it.
Learn Era may delete your personal information if it is no longer necessary for it to be used, you have withdrawn your consent, or it does not have a legal basis to keep it. Policy 3 of 5
In situations where Learn Era is relying on a legitimate interest (or the legitimate interests of a third party) and there is something about your particular situation that gives you the right to object, you may object to Learn Era processing of your personal information. In addition, you have the right to object to Learn Era’s direct marketing uses of your personal information.
You may request the restriction of our use of your personal information in the following situations: (a) if you want us to verify the accuracy of the data; (b) if Learn Era is unlawfully using the data, but you do not wish it to be erased; (c) if you need Learn Era to retain the data despite Learn Era no longer needing it as part of establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims; or (d) if you object to the use of your data, but Learn Era needs to verify that there are overriding legitimate grounds for its use.
The personal information that Learn Era holds about you can be transferred to you or a third party in a structured, commonly used, electronic format.
At any time, you can withdraw your consent for Learn Era to use your personal information (for marketing, for example). There will be no fee for accessing your personal data (or exercising any of the other rights). Nevertheless, Learn Era may charge you a reasonable fee for requests that are clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. All legitimate requests are responded to within one month by Learn Era. A complex request or a number of requests may take Learn Era longer than a month. You will be notified and kept updated in this case by Learn Era.
