  • Advise on best practices and innovation in sustainable eLearning.

Employees and Third Parties

  • Adhere to this Policy and actively support environmental improvements.

  • Report any concerns or ideas for sustainability enhancements.

9. Training and Awareness

Learnera UK will:

  • Provide induction and annual refresher training on environmental awareness to all employees.

  • Promote sustainability awareness to learners through our courses and content.

10. Monitoring and Review

The Environmental Lead will:

  • Conduct periodic reviews of environmental performance and policy effectiveness.

  • Report annually to the Board of Directors on sustainability achievements and areas for improvement.

  • Recommend updates based on legal or operational changes.

11. Reporting and Whistleblowing

Learnera UK encourages staff and third parties to report any suspected environmental breaches or concerns in line with our Whistleblowing Procedure, with full protection against retaliation for good-faith reports.

12. Disciplinary Measures

Failure to comply with this Policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contracts, consistent with Learnera UK’s code of conduct.
